Terms and Conditions for Eco Montessori Holiday Club
- Booking and Registration: Parents or guardians must complete registration details for each child attending the holiday club via the Class for Kids website. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
- Fees and Payment: The holiday club fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, it cannot be swapped for an alternative date. Payment can be made through the Class for Kids website, the government tax free childcare scheme and childcare vouchers. We do not accept payment by cash or cheques.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Children must arrive on time for the holiday club and be collected promptly at the designated end time. Late pickup will incur a fee of £25.
- Health and Safety: Parents must inform the holiday club of any medical conditions or allergies that their child may have. In case of illness, parents are required to keep their child at home to prevent the spread of infections.
- Emergency Contact and Medical Treatment: Parents must provide accurate emergency contact information. In the event of a medical emergency, the holiday club staff will take necessary action, including seeking medical treatment if deemed necessary.
- Behavioural Expectations: Children are expected to follow the rules and guidelines set by the holiday club staff. The holiday club reserves the right to dismiss a child whose behaviour is consistently disruptive or harmful to others.
- Personal Belongings: The holiday club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought by the children. Children should not bring valuable items or toys from home unless specifically allowed by the holiday club.
- Program Activities: The holiday club will provide a variety of age-appropriate activities. The schedule of activities is subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
- Photography and Media Release: Parents may be asked for permission to photograph or record their child during holiday club activities. The holiday club may use these photographs or recordings for promotional purposes, and parents can indicate their consent on the registration form.
- Cancellation Policy: The holiday club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Complaints Procedure: Parents are encouraged to raise any concerns or complaints with the holiday club staff promptly, and the club will address them in a timely manner.
- Termination of Service: The holiday club reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of a child for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
By enrolling your child into the holiday club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The holiday club reserves the right to update or amend these terms with notice.
